Suchá, Kateřina ; Novotný, David Jan (advisor) ; Zavřelová, Monika (referee)
In my bachelor thesis named Study of a movie named Josef Fritzel: Story of a Monster and its comparation with real facts I deal with description of the case as such, with help from book Josef Fritzl: monster from Amstetten. I work with circumstances, which make the story of this case and I follow said story to its end in courtroom. Second part of my thesis is dedicated to documentary movie written in the title of a thesis. I analyze the way this movie tells the story of Fritzl and his daughter and also statements of their friends and family members. Then I compare both parts (book and a movie) and I rate them in the next chapter, which is connected to another one focusing on czech, slovak and foreign reviews. There are more ways of portraying real facts in my bachelor thesis than just information from the book - it's also a media image of this case, to which is dedicated the fifth chapter. I analyze some of czech, foreign and tabloid news in few sub-chapters. Psychology also plays an important role in this topic and because of it I analyze three main characters in this story - Josef, Rosemarie and Elisabeth Fritzl - psychologically in the next part of my thesis. I dedicate the last chapter to similar cases all around the world, so the reader has an opportunity to compare these with the Amstetten...
International Child Abductions
Karetová, Barbora ; Bříza, Petr (referee)
International Child Abductions Abstract in English This dissertation thesis deals with the issue of International Child Abductions, which is a constantly growing phenomenon. The focus of the legal regulation of international abductions lies within the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (hereinafter referred to as the 1980 Convention), which was adopted on 25 October 1980. There are already 98 signatory States of the Convention. This fact makes the Convention, at least in terms of the number of signatory states, one of the most successful international treaties at all. In spite of the nearly forty years of this Convention, there are still uncertainties in interpretation of certain terms during its application. The introductory part of this work deals mainly with questions of interpretation of basic concepts such as habitual residence or the right to care for a child, as well as the interpretation of individual exemptions from the obligation to return the child to the state of his habitual residence without delay. This section analyzes in particular the case law of the United Kingdom and United States courts, which account for nearly 50 % of all international abductions. Recently, there has been discussion among academics and other professional on the decision- making...

The first part surveys the history of the guerrilla organization from its beginnings to the present. As the beginning of the Colombian guerrilla groups is considered Colombia's La Violencia civil war between 1948-1958 which was caused by disagreements between liberal and conservative party. FARC-EP incurred as a rural guerrilla movement of the Communist Party fraction, and they followed the Marxist doctrine. However, the communist ideals were nowadays replaced by the desire for more power and finance.
